Product Introduction:

The DG series deaerator is a deaeration device designed specifically for efficient liquid chromatographs.

In the process of efficient liquid chromatography analysis, especially during multicomponent gradient elution, gases dissolved in the mobile phase solvent escape in the form of bubbles during mixing. This not only affects the separation efficiency of the chromatographic column, but also affects the stability of the detector baseline, reduces sensitivity, and even renders the efficient liquid chromatography system inoperable. Oxygen dissolved in the mobile phase may also undergo chemical reactions with the mobile phase, stationary phase, or sample. When detected by fluorescence or polarography, deoxygenation of the mobile phase is more important.

The DG series deaerator has the advantages of high deaeration efficiency, easy operation, reliable deaeration of flammable and volatile solvents, no change in solvent concentration, no pollution to the environment, and the ability to achieve online deaeration during the analysis process. It is an ideal supporting equipment for high-efficiency liquid chromatography analysis instruments.

The working mode of the vacuum pump in the DG55 online deaerator is the vacuum degree self-control type of the deaeration chamber. The instrument panel has a liquid crystal digital display, which has stable vacuum density and intuitive display.


Principle of degassing:

The online deaerator is connected between the HPLC mobile phase storage container and the high-pressure spectral pump. The mobile phase enters the deaerator through its inlet and flows through a breathable membrane tube placed in a vacuum chamber with breathable properties. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the breathable membrane tube wall, dissolved gases in the mobile phase continuously precipitate through the tube wall, thereby achieving the goal of online degassing of the mobile phase. The degassed fluid flows through an airtight hose to the inlet of the liquid chromatography pump.
